WMS – Warehouse Management System
software for digital warehouse, inventory and flow management

WMS (Warehouse Management System) is a software for digital management of warehouse, inventory level and flow of goods. If you work with a large number of items, especially if you work with items that have a limited shelf life, using WMS software gives your business a new dimension. If you are a food manufacturer and you export finished products or components to the EU market, your customers will ask you for digital proof of the traceability of the goods, and only WMS can provide that.
We offer you to implement our Logistics Vision LVC WMS software, which can provide you with a number of benefits:

At any time, you can know the exact level of stock in all warehouses at every location, in every zone in the warehouse, on every pallet, box, package.

Quick and easy product search by location, where the product is located, in what quantity and with what expiration date.

Storekeepers do not need to know what the product looks like nor do they need to know where an item is located in the warehouse because the system recognizes each item and guides the storekeeper to the location where the requested item with the requested expiration date is located.

The content of each cargo medium (pallet, package, box, barrel, crate, tub, bag) and all changes in the stock status of that cargo medium are monitored via the content bar code label.

All non-conditional goods (short shelf life, damaged, expired, returns...) are tracked systemically through WMS.

Our LVC WMS software has different strategies for putaway goods and can do routing and directed putaway that allows optimal stacking of pallets in the rack area of the warehouse.

LVC WMS reduces unused warehouse space.

LVC WMS can allow you to put more goods in the warehouse than before WMS.

Our LVC WMS can track all internal goods movements from the first appearance of the item in the warehouse to the exit from the warehouse or production.

LVC WMS can track the movement history of each item so you can select a target period and see how your goods have moved in that period.

LVC WMS tracks items according to various criteria, by lot, by item expiration date, by best before date, by production date, by harvest or mowing date, etc.

VMS will send you a warning alarm on how many days are left until the expiration date or the best before date, which makes it easier for you to react and get rid of the goods that are about to expire and thus avoid the costs caused by the expiration date.

If you are a food producer food components producer that you want to export to the EU market, you must have digital proof of the traceability of the goods, as your customers from the EU will ask for it. Only WMS software can provide you with that.

Depending on the type of goods you deal with, the main goal is for the warehouse to pick the goods by orders for customers as soon as possible. This requires different picking strategies that offer maximum efficiency and lowest costs. By digitizing the warehouse and switching to work using WMS software, you get more different picking strategies from discrete picking, through batch picking and zone picking. LVC WMS can cover all your warehouse business strategies. The warehouse worker does not have to know the goods or know where a product is located in the warehouse, but the system guides him to the requested item.

Errors often occur in the picking and shipping process, and this can lead to high return logistics costs. The most common errors are permutations, shortages, excesses, damaged packaging, incorrect expiration dates…It often happens that you have two or more items that are similar in appearance or have a similar label that can lead you to make a mistake. That’s why WMS has a shipping control function that represents the last line of defense against error and performs additional control on each shipment.

LVC WMS can track the movement of goods by location in the warehouse and in the production plant. Also, it can register production, at the place of production (along with the machine on which some goods are produced) so that there is no more writing and managing production on paper. Simply by using a mobile device, the information on how many pieces were produced for each work order and specific production cycle is digitally registered.
When it comes to the consumption of raw materials, LVC WMS can register the amount that has been consumed by a certain work order and send the consumption information to the ERP software, which, based on that, records the consumed raw materials. This greatly facilitates the entire process of recording raw materials and reduces the possibility of human error in the event that consumption is recorded on paper. LVC WMS very simply registers the scrap on the spot at the place of origin of the scrap and keeps a record of the scrap and links it to the work order and can also be linked to the drive machine or work center and finally sends all that information to the ERP software.

LVC WMS has the function of digital stock checkup, in other words it enables easy, fast and efficient inventory control. A warehouse worker does not need to know the goods in order to list them. Also, WMS compares the listed quantities because it may happen that a shortage of an item appears at one location and that same item appears in excess at another location. Finally, after comparing the quantities, the WMS sends the inventory of the quantities to the ERP software. LVC WMS provides the option of a partial inventory when inventorying a part of the warehouse or several locations or zones, or a complete inventory when inventorying the entire warehouse.

LVC WMS has an option for stock correction that can help in cases where a visual inspection reveals that there is an incorrect stock level at a location or on a pallet, or when a worker has entered the wrong quantity for registration during production registration. The function provides the possibility of correcting the quantity of goods at a given location or on a cargo medium (pallet, box, crate, barrel…). After correcting the amount of goods, the WMS sends information to the ERP software, which updates the inventory status.
