INVENTORY MANAGEMENT IN REAL TIME

Storekeepers do not need to know what the product looks like nor do they need to know where an item is located in the warehouse because the system recognizes each item and guides the storekeeper to the location where the requested item with the requested expiration date is located.

PICKING BY ORDERS
Depending on the type of goods you deal with, the main goal is for the warehouse to pick the goods by orders for customers as soon as possible. This requires different picking strategies that offer maximum efficiency and lowest costs. SHIPPING CONTROL

The most common errors are permutations, shortages, excesses, damaged packaging, incorrect expiration dates…It often happens that you have two or more items that are similar in appearance or have a similar label that can lead you to make a mistake. That’s why WMS has a shipping control function that represents the last line of defense against error and performs additional control on each shipment.
PRODUCTION AND CONSUMPTION REGISTRATION AND SCRAP REGISTRATION
LVC WMS can track the movement of goods by location in the warehouse and in the production plant. Also, it can register production, at the place of production (along with the machine on which some goods are produced) so that there is no more writing and managing production on paper. Simply by using a mobile device, the information on how many pieces were produced for each work order and specific production cycle is digitally registered.
When it comes to the consumption of raw materials, LVC WMS can register the amount that has been consumed by a certain work order and send the consumption information to the ERP software, which, based on that, records the consumed raw materials. This greatly facilitates the entire process of recording raw materials and reduces the possibility of human error in the event that consumption is recorded on paper. LVC WMS very simply registers the scrap on the spot at the place of origin of the scrap and keeps a record of the scrap and links it to the work order and can also be linked to the drive machine or work center and finally sends all that information to the ERP software.
STOCK CHECKUP
LVC WMS has the function of digital stock checkup, in other words it enables easy, fast and efficient inventory control. A warehouse worker does not need to know the goods in order to list them. Also, WMS compares the listed quantities because it may happen that a shortage of an item appears at one location and that same item appears in excess at another location. Finally, after comparing the quantities, the WMS sends the inventory of the quantities to the ERP software. LVC WMS provides the option of a partial inventory when inventorying a part of the warehouse or several locations or zones, or a complete inventory when inventorying the entire warehouse.
STOCK CORRECTION
LVC WMS has an option for stock correction that can help in cases where a visual inspection reveals that there is an incorrect stock level at a location or on a pallet, or when a worker has entered the wrong quantity for registration during production registration. The function provides the possibility of correcting the quantity of goods at a given location or on a cargo medium (pallet, box, crate, barrel…). After correcting the amount of goods, the WMS sends information to the ERP software, which updates the inventory status.
